   i want to own a paintball marker do i need a permit or otherwise, and will i be able to use it at your park

   At present it is not legal to own a paintball marker unless you have a Jamaica Tourist board/ ministry of security license. As a terms of our license, we cannot allow outside markers to be used at our park. We believe this is to ensure the integrity and security of Paintball in Jamaica, and to prevent ‘rogue’ elements using paintball markers for untoward reasons due to their resemblance to real firearms.
