Unlike other sports, women in paintball are on an equal playing field to men! Mixed and all-women teams are able to play against all-men teams in professional paintball tournaments.

So is it a man’s world?

There are more men than women in pro paintball, but that doesn’t mean that women should worry! Paintball is a game with great sportsmanship. For a game that simulates aggression and danger, there needs to be that high level of camaraderie and humour to counter it. Boys will be boys, but women shouldn’t expect anything worse than a bit of light banter.

Because paintball doesn’t rely heavily on physical strength, gender doesn’t matter. If you have the nerve and sense of adventure, anyone can hone their skills to become great!
