General Information

What is paintball?

It is game of Tag where the goal is to ‘tag’ your opponents with paint whilst achieving an objective. Use a paintball ‘marker’ to shoot your opponent with paint. Paintball is a sport played by millions of people worldwide every year.

Who plays paintball?

Typically anyone who loves new experiences. We’ve had players as young as 12 and as old as 80!

What equipment is needed play?

To play paintball you need to have a marker (Gas powered and used to fire paintballs), and a mask/googles (face protection)

Can kids play paintball?

People of all ages enjoy paintball. The minimum age to play at our location is 12 years old. Anyone under the age of 16 has to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver. No children under 8 are allowed on the PaintSplat premises for safety reasons.

What are paintballs made of?

Paintballs are capsules filled with a water soluble dye. The dye is typically a food coloring.

What kind of games can I play at PaintSplat?

The most common games we play are variations of Capture the Flag and Last Man Standing.

Equipment and Gear

What kind of gear do you provide?

With the rental package all necessary equipment is provided. This includes a marker, facemask and paintballs. Any other equipment is completely optional. Things such as gloves and chest protectors we do not provide in the basic package, although some protective gear is available for rent at an extra fee.

Can I play with my own equipment?

No. Due to the terms of our JTB license and insurance policy, you may only use PaintSplat Rental equipment and paintballs on our premises.

Can I bring my own paintballs?

No. Here at PaintSplat you can only play with the paint we provide. This is for insurance purposes.

What kind of markers do you provide?

We provide a semi-automatic marker as standard. Brands may vary.

What safety equipment do I need?

The minimum safety equipment necessary is a facemask (Paintball goggles), which we provide as standard.

Can I get the paint out of my clothes?

Paint is water-soluble and should wash out of anything except bright whites. Wear dark colors if in doubt.

How much does it cost to play?

We have packages starting at 2000JMD per person. Please check out out Packages page

Do I Need To Book?

ou should always call ahead to book. We are very busy so booking ensures you get to play.

What are your hours of operation?

am-5pm Weekends Only.
We open weekdays for special bookings; Large groups, Corporate events, Teambuilding, birthdays etc.

There are 2 sessions of play per day: 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm seperated by a 1 hour lunch break.
Players must be booked into one session and arrive on time. Lateness may result in less playing time.

How old do I have to be to play?

You must be at least 12 years old.

Should I bring anything with me?

Please bring the following with you: 1. A Valid Photo I.D
2. Wear Old Clothes (Long sleeved top and pants)
3. Comfortable footwear (Boots or sneakers)

How many people do I need to make a reservation?

you can make a reservation for 1 person upwards. However, you can get great group rates if you book for more then 10
